Symptom	Cause	Remedy
(1) Motor will not start.	(a) Voltage too low. (b) One fuses blown or open circuit.	(a) Increase the voltages. (b) Replace fuse.
(2) Motor starts too quickly.	Voltage too high.	Decrease the voltages.
(5) Motor will not start but the connection of motor circuit is correct.	(a) Supply is fail (b) Fault in power supply.	(a) Waiting. (b) Inform the concerning authority.
(4) Transient produced.	(a) Loose connection.	(a) Tight the connection.
(5) Motor start but when load is applied on it, it will stop.	(a) One phase is drop in power wiring. (b) Voltage too low.	(a) Check the circuit and replace the fault. (b) Increased the voltages.
