Concealed Conduit Wiring Installation Method

Concealed Conduit Wiring Installation Method Points : Concealed Conduit Wiring Installation Method Steel and P.V.C plastic conduits are particularly suitable for concealed wiring system. The conduits are installed during building construction and can be safely buried in ceiling and walls. The conduits are buried in this way that the cables can be drawn in at any time after the completion of construction work.
The conduits which are buried into unasserted walls are completely covered up with plaster. All the junction boxes, inspection boxes, switch boards; power sockets, boards, main distribution, board etc. are buried into the walls during construction work.
Whenever conduit is to be buried by Concrete, special care must be taken to ensure that all the joints are tight and open ends of the conduit are close with proper cloth, otherwise liquid element may be enter in conduits and form a solid block inside the conduit. Make sure that the plaster is finished neatly round the outside edges of flush switch and sockets boxes. If this care is not taken then the cover plate may not fit properly on the buried board, after that draw the cables inside the conduit using steel wire or draw-in wire. Make the connections of board and lamps etc. and fit the switch board, etc. In last test the complete wiring system using megger.
