Jointing Method Points : Jointing Method In this method of connection, the use of junction boxes may be adopted. Connectors in boxes can also be used with conduit systems to save cables in looping back. In this system, the connection of each lamp, fans etc. are made separately. Cut the cables of lamp circuit and connected in junction box, similarly cut the cables of fan circuit and making the jointing in junction box.
The advantage of this connection techniques is that the use of wire less and disadvantage is that, there are many joints in this technique, therefore, insulation of wires is not remain durable, leakage of current is possible, risk of electric shock is possible.
